Description: If a user is encountering a GoalMail page that has locked up due to the known issue described in KB-027, and then clicks on one of the resource links in the header of the GoalTrak application, the user's browser will continuously open up new windows for the selected resource. The only way to stop it is to shut down the computer. This issue has only been seen on one laptop: HP Pavilion dv9500 Notebook PC; Vista Home Premium; IE 7.0 (7.0.6001.1800) Work Around: Do not click on any resource links if the GoalMail window has locked up.
