 Title: New user password never received (CV)

 bulb  Question: I have been added as a new user on my mentor's GoalTrak CV application, but haven't received my password yet. How do I get my password so I can sign in and get started?

 Answer: Whenever a person is added to the system, the GoalTrak application will automatically create an email message containing their password and send it to the new user's primary email address that was recorded for that person. This email will never be sent again. If you have not received this email, check your junk folder to see if it is there. If the email is not there then you will have to make sure your spam filter is set to allow email from admin@goaltrak.com and then reset your password.

You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password? link on the Sign-In page. You will need your user name to reset your password. Contact your Leader/Mentor if you do not know your user name. You can review this procedure by clicking on the Forgot Password? link in the Related Topics below. If you still do not receive an email with your password, then please contact Quantum Voyage directly and we will manually reset your password.

A tip for Leaders: Before adding a new user to your system, make sure their spam filter allows email from: admin@goaltrak.com.
