Question: I have forgotten my password. How do I get a new one? |

Answer: If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. This will bring you to a page where you can get a new, random password sent directly to your primary email address that is on file. Enter your User Name in the text field provided and click on the Get a New Password button to have this done. After you click on the Get a New Password button, you will be redirected back to the Sign-In page. A red message will appear below the Sign-In button indicating that your new password has been sent to your primary email address. Please check your email's junk folder if you have not received your password in your regular inbox in a reasonable amount of time. Related Topics: |
