Description: On some desktop computers, when a user clicks on the Add button to create a new criterion or clicks on the Edit button to edit one, the Criterion Data Entry window is not displayed. Work Around: First, check your task bar to see if the Criterion Data Entry window was loaded and is behind other pages. If so, click on the task bar item to bring the window to the top. Also, your browser may be set to load pop up windows into a new tab. Check your tabs to see if the Criterion Data Entry window is in a new tab. If neither of these cases is true then hold the Ctrl button down while you click on the Add or Edit button. Related Topics: |
